    Text of Regimen animarum. The Regimen animarum is not a purely original work and is based on several Latin manuals as the author states: Compilavi enim hoc opusculum ex quibusdam libris, videlicet Summa summarum Raymundi, Summa confessoris veritatis theologie, pars Oculi sacerdotis, et de libro venerabilis Anselmi de concordia praescientiae et praedestinationis.

    The text is preceeded by a 4 leaf form of the New Office of the Corpus Christi, with the text in black with red capitals, the staffs in red. The Office varies from the Liber Usualis, and other standard forms.

    Script: 1st quire: late 13th/early 14th century minuscule (hand A); quires 2-20: late 13th/14th century bookhand (hand B); quires 21-22: 14th century bookhand (hand C). At the end of the text is a "certification" in hand C introducing the commentary on leaf 206v-207r. On leaf 207r is the "Ordinatio Johannis pecham Cantuariensis Archiepiscopi. Hand C has added headings throughout the Regimen animarum.
